Are you seeking a new opportunity in the finance sector? At Infineon Technologies, we are looking for a dedicated Staff Financial Analyst who is enthusiastic about financial management and analysis.
In this role, you will:
- Engage with an international team to oversee cost center controlling functions, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, along with various project-related responsibilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Central R&D team in the Americas and global finance colleagues at our headquarters.
- Take charge of the comprehensive financial oversight of R&D expenditures in the Americas.
- Conduct thorough analyses comparing actual spending to forecasts.
- Handle all pertinent financial reporting, planning, and controlling activities, which include monthly and quarterly tasks, rolling forecasts, and Opex and Capex management.
- Work alongside counterparts in Munich to provide management reporting for the Central R&D financial budgets.
- Assist Division Finance in executing standardization projects related to R&D controlling.
- Support the Senior Finance Manager with the R&D Opex Consolidation.
- Contribute to various ad hoc projects, such as external audits, process enhancements, and post-acquisition financial integration.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A background in Finance/Accounting is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- A strong analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated skills in data analytics are highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience in presenting financial analyses.
- A collaborative spirit with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building and nurturing strong relationships.
- A passion for making a difference, challenging the status quo, and being a team player.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
