- Utilize evidence-based practices and relevant patient care models to ensure effective care delivery.

- Develop and maintain ongoing competency requirements for stroke care.
- Meet core qualifications within 24 months.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- 6 Months- Nursing- Acute Care experience.
- Minimum 1000 hours of experience in a Registered Nurse role in an acute care facility with medical and cardiac patients within the last 24 months.
- RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Nursing.
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association.
- Approved Cardiac Rhythm Test.
- NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale.
