About the Role

DOWL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transportation Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of complex transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of technical reports, specifications, and design documents
  • Perform advanced levels of engineering calculations, alternatives analysis, and design on large and complex transportation projects
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their needs
  • Mentor and train junior team members on design and project management best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 15 years of experience in transportation engineering, with a focus on project management and design
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
