We are currently in search of a Mechanical Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline, along with a solid background in solid modeling, finite element analysis (FEA), signal processing, and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model material behavior through solid modeling and finite element analysis (FEA)
  • Employ optical diagnostics and signal processing techniques for material characterization
  • Integrate machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance physics-based models for material properties
  • Design and develop experimental configurations for testing purposes
  • Conduct data analysis utilizing advanced algorithms and modeling techniques
  • Create and deliver technical presentations for both internal stakeholders and external audiences

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field with a minimum of 1 year of post-doctoral experience
  • Expertise in MATLAB, SOLIDWORKS, and LABVIEW software
  • Experience in material characterization and diagnostic methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
