Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Possess an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Hold a valid PTA license from the state of employment
- Assist patients in regaining optimal physical function and achieving therapy objectives
- Educate patients on maintaining their functional gains post-discharge through customized exercise regimens
- Support residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Maintain precise documentation for all residents
- Communicate updates on resident progress and any changes to the PT and healthcare team
