Job Overview

Connect Staffing is seeking to hire individuals for the role of Production Associate at a leading Dietary Supplement Company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in batching, machinery operation, manufacturing, or food processing is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Requirements for Production Associate:

  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Dependable transportation is essential
  • Some prior experience is required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Production Associate will accurately measure and combine dry and wet ingredients according to established procedures and quality standards for each product.
  • Support the mixing team with assigned tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records on batch sheets.
  • Ensure cleanliness of batching equipment and work area in compliance with sanitation protocols.
  • Document inventory of ingredients utilized in production and track returns to the warehouse upon completion of production.

We are also recruiting for various positions in warehouse operations, manufacturing, forklift operation, machinery handling, and general labor across multiple regions.
