We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Education in Sharon, Massachusetts.

As a Child Development Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. You'll create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Our Learning Center Teacher will implement our research-backed curriculum, partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for their children. You'll also support your center's success, working collaboratively with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support your center's success, working collaboratively with center staff and leadership

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
