Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to adult patients in their own homes during 1st and 2nd shifts or double shifts.

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition

Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Qualifications:
Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice

Current TB or chest X-ray

Current BLS card
