Job Summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BSN Instructor to join our team on a per diem basis. As a BSN Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our nursing program, ensuring they receive a high-quality education and are prepared for a successful career in nursing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans, ensuring students meet the program's learning objectives.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with other instructors to develop and update curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and aligned with industry standards.
  • Student Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback, ensuring students meet the program's learning objectives.
  • Program Development: Participate in the development and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's mission and goals.
  • Faculty Support: Provide support and guidance to new faculty members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality instruction.
Requirements
  • Education: Master of Nursing or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: At least four years' experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
  • Licensure: Hold a valid, active license issued by the State Board of Registered Nursing.
  • Expertise: Expertise in one of the following areas of nursing: Psychiatric, Geriatrics, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, OB-Gyn, Mental Health.
