Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide training and supervision to our staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA supervisees
- Deliver evidence-based treatment services to clients, focusing on individual motivation and engagement
- Maintain accurate and complete data collection and treatment records
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve exceptional clinical outcomes
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and good driving record
