As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients and their families
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
- Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
