Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably 1-2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong local market presence & effective prospecting skills (cold calling, networking, etc.)
  • Proven track record of success (can be in sales, athletics, academics, etc.)
  • Motivated by mentorship & teamwork
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred or equivalent professional experience

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Licenses: CA Life & Health, SIE, Series 7 & Series 66
  • *Licensing will need to be acquired*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to comprehend their financial aspirations and needs
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to clients, encompassing wealth management, estate planning, retirement strategies, insurance, and tax planning
  • Remain informed about market developments, economic trends, and investment options
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to provide integrated financial solutions
