  • Handle reservation requests and make necessary adjustments to bookings.
  • Collaborate with Hotel Management and team members to ensure a superior guest experience.
  • Utilize our front desk computer system to process customer transactions and generate reports.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to stay informed about room availability and guest needs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Basic office skills, including math, cash handling, and computer proficiency, are essential.

Skills and Attributes

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Education and Experience

Relevant experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.

Licenses & Certifications

Any relevant certifications in hospitality management or customer service are a plus.
