We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our Victim Services team at UMass Memorial Health. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to victims of violent crimes and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapeutic treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, couple, and group therapy.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with community agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and administrative records.
- Meet productivity standards and attend required meetings and training sessions.
- Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field).
- Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or active pursuit of licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting working with children, adolescents, and families with behavioral, social, and emotional difficulties.
- Ability to work on weekend and evening shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
