PHP Counselor

Maryhaven, Central Ohio's largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider, is seeking a skilled and compassionate PHP Counselor to join our team. As a PHP Counselor, you will play a critical role in developing and managing the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services in the Adult Outpatient Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage individualized treatment and continuing care plans for clients.
- Provide substance use counseling and/or mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and substance use education.
- Facilitate group sessions and assist with completion and/or review of substance use, bio-psychosocial, and related assessments.
- Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in human service or behavioral science with two years of experience in the field of substance or mental health treatment.
- LPCC, LISW, LICDC, LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC III, LCDC II (or comparable certification) with two years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use, mental health, or adolescent treatment.
- Two years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use or mental health treatment or equivalent.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
