PHP Counselor

Maryhaven, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate PHP Counselor to join our team in the Adult Outpatient Department. As a PHP Counselor, you will play a vital role in developing and managing the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services, providing substance use counseling and/or mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and substance use education.
Responsibilities:- Develop and manage individualized treatment and continuing care plans
- Provide substance use counseling and/or mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and substance use education
- Assist with completion and/or review of substance use, bio-psychosocial, and related assessments
- Group facilitation skills are highly desirable for this position
- Bachelor's degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of substance or mental health treatment
- LPCC, LISW, LICDC, LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC III, LCDC II (or comparable certification) with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use, mental health or adolescent treatment, or equivalent
- Two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use or mental health treatment or equivalent
- Salary commensurate with experience

- Salary range for LSW/LPC/LCDC II or III = $52,000-$55,000/year
- Salary range for LISW/LPCC/LICDC = $62,000-$70,000
