Compensation ranges from $26 to $34 per hour, commensurate with experience. We offer flexible scheduling with day shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM and night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, as well as PRN opportunities.

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for various shifts, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Our competitive salary structure welcomes multi-state license holders, recent graduates, and experienced nursing professionals alike.


This role is essential in ensuring that high-quality care is delivered through diligent monitoring of staff performance, effective communication with physicians, comprehensive care planning, and daily observation of residents.

The position also involves providing direct care to residents, adhering to established nursing standards, procedures, and compliance with State and Federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

Graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.

·

A current, valid LPN/LVN license in good standing within the State of Montana or a Compact State.

·

A strong commitment to the principles and standards of professional nursing practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Oversee daily operations and guide the nursing assistants on the unit, ensuring a high standard of nursing care and the effective completion of tasks.

Adhere to company protocols for narcotic management, pharmacy orders, and the reduction of restraints.


Maintain regular communication with the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing regarding observations, recommendations for improvement, resident and staff activities, concerns, and needs.


Document any changes in residents' conditions, including but not limited to nutritional issues, infections, skin conditions, weight fluctuations, or any other significant changes.

Participate in shift reports to ensure accurate information regarding residents is shared.

Document and inform relevant departments of any changes in residents' room assignments, leaves of absence, new admissions, or discharges.

Assist in the admission process, orientation, and monitoring of new residents, ensuring that physician orders for diets, therapies, medications, etc., are accurately transcribed and communicated according to established procedures.
