- Develop, implement, and oversee compliance with all environmental regulations.
- Responsible for all state and federal reporting and permitting related to air and wastewater.
- Quickly identify and resolve environmental issues or complaints to prevent recurrence.

- Stay informed on all environmental compliance standards and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of environmental experience, preferably in a manufacturing or foundry setting.
- Familiarity with Indiana environmental permitting is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all state and federal legal requirements relevant to the role.
- Ability to identify and positively influence environmental issues.
- Proficient in data collection, statistical analysis, and presenting findings to management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- This position involves working in both a standard office environment and production areas.
- Production environments may require the use of protective eyewear and noise reduction devices, and may expose you to extreme temperatures.
