Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in applying coatings to concrete surfaces.
  • Background in concrete polishing or repair is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and installation processes.
  • Self-driven and responsible, with a proactive approach to challenges.

Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000

Key Duties:

  • Install our eco-friendly coating technology and ensure the successful execution of the installation.
  • Efficiently apply base coats, flakes, and topcoats during the installation process.
  • Maintain a high level of detail while working on-site to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Prepare surfaces adequately before applying coatings to guarantee proper adhesion.
  • Report any installation issues to management for timely resolution.
  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by providing exemplary service throughout the installation.
  • Adhere to our professional conduct standards to ensure safety and professionalism.
  • Document work accurately and upload before-and-after images for each project using our management system.

Candidate Profile:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A competitive nature and a strong desire to excel in a results-oriented environment are essential.
  • Hands-on experience with floor coatings, particularly epoxy or paint, is mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical.
  • Candidates must be capable of meeting all physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Proficiency in providing and receiving feedback effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this position.
