Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Installation Specialist to join our team at Arrow Electric Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, programming, and troubleshooting audio and video systems in residential settings.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-end residential AV and automation systems installations and integration, with a focus on Control4, Crestron, and Lutron systems.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Installing and configuring audio and video systems
  • Programming and troubleshooting system issues
  • Providing technical support to clients and staff
  • Creating and maintaining organized installation notes
  • Participating in project kickoff meetings and providing advice and suggestions to staff

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking, rack building, and programming, with experience in alarm systems and logical troubleshooting a plus.

This is a field-based role, requiring the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel to job sites and customer locations within assigned regions.
