Providence is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to provide exceptional care to our patients in the Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
