Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Medical Surgical team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Medical Surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
