Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the physical property, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition.
  • Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance on equipment and units to minimize downtime and extend their lifespan.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenses are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent problems.
  • Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment, replenishing as needed to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance supervisory role or similar position.
  • Must be certified in HVAC and EPA regulations.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience working with diverse groups.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not necessary.
  • Must be flexible and dependable, with a strong commitment to teamwork.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors or in extreme weather conditions.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule.
