Investigate, document, and resolve internal grievances and Ethics Point issues. Facilitate various training sessions related to team member relations.

Maintain a thorough understanding of TBA's organizational structure, automotive manufacturing processes, products, industry terminology, and operational principles.

Plan, coordinate, and lead TBA's social and community engagement activities.

Provide cross-training and support in the absence of HR personnel as necessary. Assist with recruitment, benefits management, onboarding, personnel administration, team member development, and other HR responsibilities as required.


Essential Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.

Experience:
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in a human resources generalist role, with a focus on employee/team member relations.
  • Experience in corporate and manufacturing environments is preferred.

Key Skills:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Capability to work with various departments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive approach to assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in creating reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.

  • Quick and appropriate response to unexpected situations in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work fixed or rotating shifts, including outside regular business hours.

Language Proficiency:
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Solid experience with word processing, spreadsheets, email, databases, desktop publishing, and presentation software, preferably Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with large-scale HRIS and other enterprise systems; experience with Oracle and Kronos is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS TEAMS is preferred.

Work Environment:
Office:
Open office setting with a moderate noise level.

Plant:
Standard automotive manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection may be necessary in certain areas.

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time. Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods is required. Capability to travel by both automobile and airplane is essential.
