About the RoleThe Registered Nurse in this role will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Surgical ICU. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Surgical ICU
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN licensure in the appropriate state and at least one year of relevant experience in a critical care or cardiovascular surgical ICU setting. BLS and ACLS certification are also required. CCRN, PCCN, or CNRN certification is preferred.
