Counterintelligence Specialist Job Description

Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence Specialist to join our team. As a Counterintelligence Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, monitoring, and assessing foreign intelligence efforts attempting to collect sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies to identify and assess foreign intelligence efforts.
  • Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities to develop CI strategies.
  • Develop and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs and related processes.
  • Coordinate and deconflict CI operational activity conducted by Military Department CI Organizations (MDCO) that impact the Command's area of responsibility.
  • Interact with representatives of MDCOs and Intelligence Community Components to deconflict CI activity.
  • Serve as a J2X representative to the CYBERCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC) providing an avenue for the JOC to inject information into the J2X or request support as necessary.
  • Maintain familiarity with MDCO capabilities and steer JOC personnel toward the J2X for support as appropriate.
  • Develop a concept for Command counterintelligence programs that will be staffed to the SECDEF.
  • Develop counterintelligence briefs for personnel in the Command that are interacting with foreign intelligence services/officers and/or traveling to high-threat CI countries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience supporting the DoD or IC as a counter intelligence specialist or intelligence analyst.
  • Active Top Secret SCI clearance with a willingness to take CI Poly.
  • Bachelor's degree required and a Master's preferred.
  • Possesses either a certificate of completion or verified work experience/course work equivalent to the skills defined under Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis or as a Military Service equivalent.
