About the Role:
Access Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to fill the position of Clinic Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outpatient orthopedic clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic operations, including front office and clinical staff
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and retention
- Review patient medical history and diagnose patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Record patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and family members about the recovery process
Requirements:
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in CT
- 3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, with prior management experience preferred
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Desire to work in a team-based culture that emphasizes service and excellence
