Position Summary and Responsibilities
As a Radiology Technologist, you will deliver Imaging Services, including routine diagnostic x-rays, portable x-rays, and fluoroscopy. We are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Accurately label and document imaging procedures.
- Address quality assurance issues promptly.
- Ensure timely release of images to radiologists.
- Verify the validity of orders and ensure proper entry.
- Assist in patient transportation as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiology program is required.
- Current registration with A.R.R.T. is mandatory.
- Certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT) is required.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is necessary.
- Preferred: One year of experience in a hospital setting.
