Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex laboratory analyses and procedures on blood, body fluids, and exudates from patients.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely and effective patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field, or equivalent with 10 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or related field, or equivalent.
- MT (ASCP) or equivalent registry, or MLT (ASCP) with 10 years of experience.
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
- Ability to learn and integrate technical aspects of the laboratory.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under stress and emergency situations.
