Role SummaryThe Quality Assurance Technician will operate under general supervision, adhering to established protocols and procedures to perform quality assurance evaluations, inspections, and audits across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee computerized Quality Assurance programs within maintenance operations.
- Set up and maintain the Quality Assurance system, scheduling all necessary inspections and evaluations according to established guidelines.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits, addressing any quality-related complaints as they arise.
- Utilize and maintain the Cleantelligent software system along with other relevant data management tools.
- Support initiatives aimed at performance improvement and safety compliance.
- Compile and analyze data to prepare reports on quality assurance and daily operational activities.
- Respond to facility emergencies as required.
- Contribute ideas for continuous quality enhancement.
- Participate in committee meetings and take minutes as necessary.
- Drive a motorized vehicle as part of daily responsibilities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or Business, with 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, demonstrating proficiency in one trade and a solid understanding of others.
- High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in maintenance, showcasing expertise in one trade and significant knowledge of additional trades.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex instructions effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), and familiarity with database management and office equipment.
