Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the family medicine residency program, ensuring compliance with ACGME accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement curriculum, ensuring residents receive comprehensive training in family medicine.
- Recruit and retain top faculty and residents, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Board Certification in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
- Minimum 3 years of faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
- At least 3 years of GME administrative experience prior to appointment.
- Strong administrative and team-building skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates with recent scholarly activity, such as peer-reviewed funding, publication of original research, or participation in national committees or educational organizations, are highly encouraged to apply.
