As a Civil Engineer Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced engineers and consultants on a variety of projects, including engineering analysis, design, field inspections, and more. You'll gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with design portions of projects related to discipline systems according to code and IMEG standards
  • Conduct research on commercially available equipment
  • Provide documentation for permanent record files and assist with good client relations
  • Coordinate design and schedule with other disciplines
  • Document design decisions, meetings, and instructions from clients
  • Review project documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and issue addendum information
  • Conduct job site observations and other services as required

Requirements:

  • Completed at least 2 years towards a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent required
  • Prior internship experience in the building design consulting industry preferred
