Job Description

Paul Mitchell Schools is seeking a qualified Clinic Floor Leader to join our team.

Job Summary

The Clinic Floor Leader will be responsible for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills. This will involve creating extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the skills of Future Professionals
  • Mentor and coach Future Professionals to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of Future Professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Previous education and salon experience
  • Experience with Paul Mitchell products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development
