Job Title: Poker Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Poker Room Attendant at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized poker room, and assisting with game operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information and assistance to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized poker room, including setting up and breaking down games.
  • Transport cash and chips to and from the Poker Cage.
  • Assist with game operations, including starting and maintaining games.
  • Conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months cashier experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Poker.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment with constant exposure to the general public and excessive noise.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and have the ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.

The employee must also have the ability to adjust focus and have close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.

Seminole Gaming's employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment.
