Client Services Representative

At Signature Graphics, a premier commercial printing firm, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Client Services Representative to enhance our customer engagement and uphold our reputation for exceptional service.

Position Overview:
  • Serve as the primary contact between our production team and clients
  • Convert client specifications into actionable production directives
  • Handle invoicing and compile project specifications
  • Oversee major accounts and process orders
  • Facilitate support from Prepress through to Shipping
Core Duties:
  • Engage with customers extensively on a daily basis
  • Evaluate data and coordinate production schedules
  • Ensure accurate account reconciliation

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the printing or graphic arts sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of printing production workflows
  • Experience with printing MIS software is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills in English

The role primarily takes place in a climate-controlled office, with occasional visits to the production area. Daytime hours with potential for overtime may be necessary.
