About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team at Eli Lilly. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the manufacturing operations for your assigned area and shift, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise operators involved in the direct execution of manufacturing operations, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that equipment is maintained in a state of compliance and processes are in a validated state for your respective area and shift.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes needed to run the site, leveraging existing Lilly knowledge and practices where necessary.
  • Support the project team in delivering the facility to the site team, providing feedback and support.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience directly supporting a manufacturing operation.
  • Additional preferences include a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in science, engineering, or technical field, previous experience in facility/area start-up environments, and previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
