Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to company recipes and standards.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, tables, and surrounding areas.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
