Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to provide clinical leadership to our multidisciplinary team treating adolescents in a Partial Hospitalization Program. The successful candidate will share leadership with the clinical manager and psychiatrist, and will be responsible for clinical leadership, program development and evaluation, and direct clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team
- Develop and evaluate programs to meet the needs of adolescents in the Partial Hospitalization Program
- Provide direct clinical care to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the clinical manager and psychiatrist to ensure effective team functioning
- Conduct psychological evaluations and provide consultation to the team
Requirements:
- PhD, PsyD, or Ed.D. in psychology, with specialization in child clinical psychology from an APA-accredited training program
- Completion of an APA-approved internship
- Formal post-doctoral training in an appropriate area of specialization
- Licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Washington
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-doctoral level experience in pediatric psychology
- Experience in a pediatric medical setting
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $121,573 - $178,783 annual USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
