Job Summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead our pediatric program. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide clinical leadership, program development, and direct clinical care to our patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality care and are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to our pediatric program, working closely with our clinical manager and psychiatrist to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Develop and evaluate programs to improve patient outcomes, including the development of new treatment protocols and the evaluation of existing programs.
  • Provide direct clinical care to patients, including individual and family therapy, skills coaching, and consultation to the treatment team.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Requirements
  • PhD, PsyD, or Ed.D. in psychology, with specialization in child clinical psychology from an APA-accredited training program.
  • Completion of an APA-approved internship.
  • Formal post-doctoral training in an appropriate area of specialization.
  • Licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Washington.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-doctoral level experience in pediatric psychology.
  • Experience in a pediatric medical setting.
