About the Role:

As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of unit staffing while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care. You will collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care. Your role will also involve responding to complaints about patient care and managing through established channels.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a registered nurse with a strong background in behavioral health.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to direct and educate nursing staff.
  • Ability to assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments.
  • Familiarity with performance evaluations and training programs.
