**Job Description:**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Charge Nurse - RN to join our team and contribute to the development of effective care plans that meet the complex needs of our patients.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Lead a team of registered nurses and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a behavioral health setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
