Career Opportunity: The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for a CARE Coordinator, Psychologist position in the Counseling and Mental Health Center. As a licensed psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to students.

Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments of students' presenting concerns, providing short-term individual and group counseling, and maintaining timely, accurate, and complete documentation of all service contacts. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing programmatic interventions that address the psycho-social and mental health needs of students.

To be considered for this position, you must have a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology, a license to practice independently as a Psychologist in Texas, and at least one year of postdoctoral clinical experience in a college or university counseling center or other relevant setting.

Compensation Package:
The salary range for this position is $76,000 + depending on qualifications. Additionally, eligible employees may participate in the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), which provides a defined benefit plan for retirement purposes. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance are also provided.
