Unit Overview
Our 16-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides high-acuity care to critically ill patients, including post-operative traumas, stroke patients, and medical overflow. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment, with opportunities for cross-training and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
