We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Vintage Realty Company.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will act as the property sales representative, presenting features and benefits of our community to prospective tenants. They must possess excellent service skills, have sales experience, be detail-oriented, and enjoy interacting with a variety of clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents meet
  • Inspect models and "market ready" vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness
  • Respond promptly to all communications
  • Have a working knowledge of local market conditions
  • Complete lease documents and communication with applicants
  • Perform follow-up activities with all prospects
  • Attend monthly training sessions, including Federal Fair Housing classes and Leasing classes
  • Participate in outreach marketing activities as assigned
  • Ensure maintenance completion of any deficiencies noted on move-in condition and inventory form
  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other relevant laws
Requirements:
  • Detail orientation
  • Advanced customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
