Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Financial Disclosures: Develop and manage fixed asset disclosures and annual analyses in accordance with accounting standards and company guidelines.
  • Establish Asset Registers: Create and maintain a fixed asset register for new projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Data Integrity: Routinely review fixed asset data for discrepancies, maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various teams to oversee data migration projects, facilitate smooth system transitions, and conduct data and system tests to address and rectify issues.
  • Support and Audits: Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with various ad hoc projects and tasks to help the finance team meet company goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Two (2) years or more of related experience and/or training required.
  • Technical Skills: General computer competency, including Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with Great Plains.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
