Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Resource Informatics Group is seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale complex enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop backend and frontend components of web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
  • Support and maintain large-scale complex enterprise applications with high QoS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and frameworks, and contribute to the development of new features and functionalities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on backend and frontend development.
  • Proven experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of Java Language, common Java APIs, and JVM.
  • Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and open-source frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Ant, and JBoss Application Server.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic, diverse environment.
  • Familiarity with AWS and Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash) is a plus.
