Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our development team at Edge Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Angular, with a minimum of 11 years of experience in full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java for the backend and Angular for the frontend.
  • Work across the full stack, from designing user interactions on the frontend to developing server-side logic and database architecture.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and web services using Java (Spring Boot).
  • Implement business logic, security, and data storage layers.
  • Optimize server-side code for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries using Angular.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement interactive user interfaces, focusing on user experience (UX) and accessibility.
  • Design and maintain relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative and agile team environment.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of Java and Angular. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean, efficient code and modern technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 11 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong background in Java and Angular.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
