Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook food according to therapeutic diets and food service guidelines
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient satisfaction and dietary needs are met
* Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes

Requirements:

* 1-year experience working with therapeutic diets and food service in a healthcare setting
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Ability to interpret diet manual
* Must be able to periodically lift 10 pounds
* Must be able to stoop, bend, stand, sit and use gross motor skills and fine motor skills for long periods
