Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of high school students in Franklin, TN.

About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a school psychologist.

Responsibilities:
  • Student Assessments: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Personalized Support: Develop and implement tailored plans to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work with educators, administrators, and staff to devise strategies for student success.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide timely support during crises to ensure student safety and well-being.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for inclusive practices that cater to students of all backgrounds and abilities.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in School Psychology.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in School Psychology is required.
  • An active State School Psychology License is necessary.
  • Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings is preferred.
  • NASP certification or an equivalent is desired.
  • Understanding of adolescent development and mental health issues is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer competitive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
