Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support high school students' academic, social, and emotional growth in the Franklin, TN area.
About the Position
This full-time, onsite role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a School Psychologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations, developing personalized plans, collaborating with educators, and providing crisis intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student strengths and areas for improvement.
- Intervention: Develop and implement tailored plans to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
- Consultation: Collaborate with educators, administrators, and staff to devise strategies for student success.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide timely support during crises to ensure student safety and well-being.
- Advocacy: Advocate for inclusive practices that promote diversity and equity for students of all backgrounds and abilities.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on School Psychology research and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master's degree in School Psychology.
- Active State School Psychology License.
- Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred.
- NASP certification or equivalent.
- Understanding of adolescent development and mental health issues.
